Procedures for Granting Conformity Certificates

1. Submitting an official application form for acquiring a conformity certificate.
2. After consent on the application, a visit is made to the applying party then the goods are kept according to an official safeguard report signed by both parties (SASMO and the party applying for the certificate).
3. Samples are drawn according to an official sampling record signed by both parties (SASMO and the party applying for the certificate).
4. In case of conformation of the products to the standard specified by SASMO, an official conformity certificate bearing SASMO Logo and the official, shall be granted to the applying party.
